Colorful Thanksgiving Food Photography

Are you done eating Thanksgiving leftovers yet? Well, here are a few more to feast your eyes on. In the spirit of thankfulness, I am beyond grateful that I had the opportunity to photograph I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter’s Thanksgiving photos. They were everything I love about food photography with delicious food and bright, bold colors. So, if you’re still in the mood for a juicy turkey, delicious stuffing (my personal favorite), creamy mashed potatoes, maple glazed yams, and the ULTIMATE Thanksgiving plate, take a look at the colorful, whimsical, and fun food photos below.

Blue & Yellow Ukrainian Food Photography

I typically share personal projects that I’ve shot here. However, some work is a bit extra personal. I was born in Odesa, Ukraine, and still have family there. Needless to say, the atrocities committed by Russia over the last 200 days have struck very close to home. In an effort to process this and make some small contribution, I turned to my camera. I decided to capture some of the foods I grew up with and sell items featuring these prints. You can also find a link to the shop on the main menu, titled “Prints for Ukraine.” All proceeds from this project will benefit United24, the official fundraising organization for Ukraine.

Over-the-top Colorful Drinks Photography

Sometimes you have a shoot that is just pure joy and imagination! Victoria Granof and I decided to shoot drinks and we were like two little kids. A gold peacock? Sure! Glitter? Bring it on! Disco balls (and naturally, disco music playing while we shot)? Of course! More is more!!! Are these ridiculous? Yes! Do they spark joy for me? Yes, yes, yes! Here’s hoping your week is filled with joy, cotton candy, sprinkles, and silly drinks.
